Mumford & Sons give fans a taste of what it’s like to be on tour in the band’s new video for “Whispers in the Dark,” the next single from their Grammy-winning album, Babel. The three-minute video features a split-screen that offers four different storylines, each of which shows how each band member prepares for a concert.
In the clip, frontman Marcus Mumford goes on a motorcycle ride, bassist Ted Dwane takes a sightseeing tour aboard a large ship, banjo player Winston Marshall gets a makeover to look scruffy, and keyboardist Ben Lovett races to meet his bandmates after oversleeping in his car.
Mumford & Sons are currently on tour overseas, but you’ll get a few chances to see them at some music festivals this summer. The guys will be performing at the Sasquatch! Festival in Quincy, Washington on May 26; the Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival in Manchester, Tennessee on June 15; and the Telluride Bluegrass Festival in Telluride, Colorado on June 20.
